Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes within the contracted scope and ensure each user has an individual authorized account.

Prohibited conduct

• Upload unlawful data, malware, credentials, payment-card data, protected health information, or highly sensitive personal data not required for the contracted workflow.
• Probe, scan, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, tenant isolation, rate limits, access controls, audit records, or service availability.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent generated analysis as an audit, government determination, legal opinion, or guaranteed financial outcome.
• Use the service or its AI features to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on an individual.
• Share accounts, resell access without written authorization, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.

Enforcement

Clear Treasury may investigate suspected violations and limit or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or others. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure where practical, unless immediate action is needed for security, legal, or abuse reasons. Report concerns to security@cleartreasury.ai.
